Terms of Service for Agri-Haul

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Agri-Haul mobile and web application (the “App”), provided by Shenandoah Ag Tech, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Agri-Haul is a business-to-business (B2B) application designed for trucking companies that transport agricultural commodities. By using the App, you confirm that you are authorized to represent a business entity and agree to these Terms on its behalf.

2. Subscription and Payment

  • Access to the App requires an active monthly subscription.

  • Subscription fees are billed automatically and must be paid in advance.

  • All payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store payment card information.

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

3. Account and User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete business and user information when registering.

  • Each user must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • Account sharing between users is strictly prohibited.

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.

4. Use of Location and Navigation Features

  • The App uses GPS data and Mapbox services to provide routing and location support.

  • You consent to the collection of real-time location data for active app usage.

  • Use of mapping services is subject to the Mapbox Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

  • Copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify any part of the App

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how it is used. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

  • We make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or the accuracy of directions or mapping data.

  • We are not responsible for any loss of profits, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shenandoah Ag Tech, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or other misuse of the service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. You will be notified through the App or web portal. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
